"Came in great shape"
It showed up packed really neatly and there wasnt any damage at all. Everything looked good right out of the box.

"Good prices and easy order"
I ordered a few buttons and the shipping wasnt bad at all, which I really appreciated. Some shops charge way too much, but this felt totally reasonable. Everything showed up safely packed too. Im happy with it and Id definitely order again.

I had to return my order, and the main thing I noticed was how quick the refund showed up in my account. I wasn’t really paying attention to much else because the process was so smooth, no hassle, no back-and-forth, just done.

I ordered a few buttons and was a little worried the sizes or colors might get mixed up. But everything showed up just right. Same designs, correct amount, and nothing missing. It was a simple order, but they got it all right, so I'm happy with it

"Sizing was spot on"
I ordered a jacket from buttonamsterdam.com i’m glad I trusted my instinct with the size guide. I’m usually a bit hesitant buying clothes online, but the fit was pretty much exactly as described. It sat nicely on the shoulders, wasn’t too tight, and the length was just right. Really happy with how easy the sizing made everything.

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered from buttonamsterdam it arrived way sooner than I thought it would. I was kind of expecting to wait a bit, but nope, it just showed up. Everything was fine with the order too, no weird issues or anything. Happy with how fast the delivery was.

"Easy enough, but communication could be clearer"
The site was simple to use, and checkout worked fine for me. That said, I did get a bit annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what to expect next. Overall, it worked, but they could definitely make things more straightforward.

"Pretty easy overall, just a little slow"
Ordering was simple enough, probably took me around 5 minutes or so. The checkout page felt a bit slow though, and I had to wait a bit and double-check my details before paying. Payment went through fine in the end, so no major issues. Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a little smoother.

"Nice Handmade Look, Just a Little Rough"
The buttons look really nice and definitely have that handmade feel, which I like. I’ve found that handmade pieces can sometimes have small imperfections, so I wasn’t too surprised, but a couple of the edges were rougher than I expected. They’re still totally usable and the design is good, I just assumed the finish would be a bit cleaner for the price

"Good value compared to similar shops"
I ordered from Button Amsterdam and was happy with it. Compared to a few other places I’ve looked at, the prices felt fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. Shipping wasn’t the fastest ever, but it also didn’t take too long, and everything arrived packed properly. I’d probably order again, especially if you want something nice without paying the higher prices some other shops charge.

"Pretty close to the photos"
I ordered a few buttons and, the colors were mostly what I expected from the site. I did notice one of the shades was a little darker in person, not a huge deal, but you know how you kind of have a color in your head and then compare it the second it arrives? That was me. Overall I’m happy with them, though I do think the photos could show that tiny difference a bit better.

Buying from Button Amsterdam felt good, honestly. I like that they seem to care about fair production and cutting down on waste, which is apparently still too much to ask from a lot of brands. The ordering process was easy too, no weird steps, no unnecessary hassle, just simple and straightforward for once.

"I do like the design of the site…"
I do like the design of the site. It’s clean, simple, and easy to browse without feeling like my eyes are being attacked, which is always a plus. The minimal style works well, and it does have that nice Amsterdam vibe going on. That said, I kind of wish a few sections had more detail or just a bit more personality, because some parts feel a little too plain. Still, overall it looks good, so I’d give it 4 stars

Had a question about my order. Sent them a message. i wasn’t expecting much, maybe a long wait or some generic reply. But they got back to me the same day. Explained everything clearly too. Super easy, really friendly. Didn’t feel like copy-paste customer service at all. My issue got sorted fast, so yeah. 5 stars from me
